Where can I find my account number?

During the registration process you will be asked to enter your account number. If you are unsure of what this is, you can find the information by looking at a previous paper invoice we sent.

As a security check, you will also be asked to enter the postcode of your account.

I have multiple account numbers. What should I do?

If you have multiple accounts then registering them all for use with the Extranet is easy!"

Firstly use the registration page to enter your preferred user name and password. In the account section of this page simply enter the details of any of your accounts.

This will create your profile and will add the above account to it. In order to add additional accounts simply login using your new credentials and select the Manage My Account option. From there you will be able to add, remove or edit the accounts which are associated with your profile.

I am still having difficulties. Who should I contact?

We are sorry you are having difficulties and we are here to help.

In the first instance, please contact your servicing plant. If necessary, they will escalate the issue to the Johnsons Workwear IT Department for resolution.

Which browsers do you support?

The Extranet has been tested to work on the most popular browsers.

These browsers are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

If you are using Internet Explorer then please ensure you are using version 8 or above.
